We talk about about self talk and how our words can become self fulfilling prophecies and how we apply the 2nd rule of Self Love of setting boundaries, internal boundaries about how we speak to ourselves. 

When then go on to expand on this and talk about how to reframe some phrases that we may use in our lives and how the subconscious mind cannot differentiate between them. 

Lastly we also talk about being careful with labels and not letting them define who we are.
